Full and complete information of the procedure, pre-op and post-op. I was very comfortable with the initial consultation with both Dr. Reinhorn and Lauren. I had a couple of questions prior to my two week follow up and was given detailed and appropriate answers. I would highly recommend the practice. My parting words with Dr. Reinhorn was that I would never have to see him again, shared with a nice laugh.
