Dr. Reinhorn’s procedure for repairing inguinal hernias is amazing. I had been putting off dealing with my hernia for a couple of years, in part because I was anticipating a significant period of recovery. But, as others have pointed out, I was out of the hospital in less than 5 hours, never needed more that a couple of Alieve for pain and even then only for a couple of days, and within a week I had almost no pain whatsoever. In addition, Dr. Reinhorn and the staff at Newton Wellesley were great.
