I am a 66-year-old male who very active (cycling, running, swimming, etc.). I dreaded having hernia surgery and being on the shelf for 4-6 weeks. Dr. Reinhorn told me of the progressive procedure he uses and told me I would be good to go in two weeks. I only missed one day of work. I was walking a couple of days after 2-3 miles a day and was fully recovered in two weeks. This is as close to a pleasant experience as surgery can be.
